Rząd państwowy może ogłosić w drodze dekretu park przyrody, który jest dostępny dla ogółu społeczeństwa, szczególnie odpowiedni do rekreacji na wolności lub do przekazywania wiedzy o przyrodzie, oraz zaprojektowany i utrzymywany w tym celu. Parki przyrodnicze są przypisane do tematu danych INSPIRE Obszary chronione (załącznik I).

Für die Identifizierung des Umfangs der Parks wurden die kartographischen Quellen, die den Gründungsdokumenten oder den Genehmigungsakten des PTC beigefügt sind, verwendet, die in der Regel die C.T.R. verwenden. In anderen Fällen wurde Katasterkartographie als Referenzbasis des Umfangs verwendet. Die Referenzskala ist 1:10.000. Die Informationsebenen in Bezug auf die Parks werden bei jeder neuen Institution oder Grenzvariante aktualisiert.

It was recently observed in \cite{Park:2014tia} that the holographic nature of gravity may hold a key to quantization of gravity. The so-called "holographic quantization" has been carried out in \cite{Park:2014noa,Park:2015ota} for Einstein gravity in a flat background.
