本试验以番茄“中蔬四号”品种为试材,研究了不同灭菌方式的及过滤灭菌的不同浓度IAA和ZT组合对番茄子叶分化的影响。结果表明,过滤灭菌的IAA和ZT对番茄的子叶分化的影响较高压灭菌好,诱愈率达到100%,诱芽率达到96.7%;过滤灭菌的不同浓度IAA和ZT组合对番茄子叶分化的影响不同,其中以IAA0.1mg/L+ZT2.0mg/L的浓度组合为最佳,诱愈率达到100%,诱芽率达到96.7%。
