Starting out on GitHub to create a portfolio

Those doctors currently in foundation training programmes will be familiar with the concept of a training portfolio, while 'old-style' SHOs, who have been trained and assessed in a less structured way, may not be familiar with this impo rt ant part of evaluating junior doctors.
