Former Iowa State All-American distance runner Guor Maker visits with John Walters. Guor was a refugee from Sudan's civil war, which claimed eight of his siblings. After running for ISU, he competed in two Olympic marathons - the first under the Olympic flag, because Guor did not have a country to claim. But in 2016, in Rio, Guor was the flag-bearer for newly found South Sudan, one of the proudest moments of his life, which has been captured in a documentary entitled "Runner".
