For this new episode we are thrilled to have @SKRYtekno with an exclusive recording of his liveset played at our event in collab with @2359events last March! Embodying the perfect post-apocalyptic soundtrack, his music is probably one of the most interesting in the hybrid scene that has emerged in recent years. Initially inspired by the freeparty scene, it's by crossing his love for acidcore with psy-trance and other futuristic influences that he found his trademark sound. With an impressive sound-design and a construction approach of incomparable efficiency, his productions have quickly and inevitably been noticed by labels such as Acid Pirate or Omny Lab, well knowned for their next-gen tekno style that particularly fit his project. For the third episode of our Weird Planet Podcast Series, we're super glad to host a master of dark industrial soundscapes and bloody acid lines, ABLK ! Coming from the North of France, it is through punk rock and metal that he first went to music, guitar in hand and pedal underfoot. It’s not surprising, then, to find such uninhibited influences in his techno project created around 4 years ago, through which he shapes a straight and radical sound drawn from the Belgian and Dutch scene, and by the hard sounds of freeparty. No need to warn you so, this new podcast is something from which we don’t return completely unscathed.
