$λ$-Type phase transition for a weakly interacting bose gas

A mechanism generating a $λ$-type behavior in the specific heat of a Bose gas near the critical temperature $T_c$ is discussed. It is shown to work for a general class of quasiparticle spectra, and especially, for the Bogoliubov's model of a weakly interacting Bose gas, where a temperature-dependent quasi-particle spectrum is obtained.

The authors have recently proposed a quantum description of financial market in terms of quantum game theory. The paper contain an analysis of such markets that shows that there would be advantage in using quantum computers and quantum strategies.

Quantum solution to the Newcomb's paradox

We show that quantum game theory offers solution to the famous Newcomb's paradox (free will problem). Divine foreknowledge is not necessary for successful completion of the game because quantum theory offers a way to discern human intentions in such way that the human retain her/his free will but cannot profit from changing decision. Possible interpretation in terms of quantum market games is proposed.
