PKP is developing a Private LOCKSS Network (PLN) to digitally preserve OJS journals. The LOCKSS program offers decentralized and distributed preservation, seamless perpetual access, and preservation of the authentic original version of the content.

Another busy week for the GigaScience team, with the release of a new-look database, more datasets, and a number of talks and announcements at BGI's annual International Conference of Genomics in Shenzhen.

In the last 12 months we traveled all over the world delivering talks and hands on workshops at various conferences and universities. This was a great opportunity for us to raise awareness for the project and get more of you involved as contributors and collaborators.
