科技爱好者周刊（第 388 期）：测试是新的护城河

By assuming the existence of a pseudopotential smooth enough to do Hartree-Fock variations and good enough to describe nuclear structure, we construct mass formulae that rely on general scaling arguments and on a schematic reading of shell model calculations. Fits to 1751 known binding energies for N,Z$\geq 8$ lead to RMS errors of 614 keV with 14 parameters and 388 keV with 28 parameters. The latter is easily reduced to a 20 parameter form at 423 keV.

城市河道整治过程中生态边坡的防护工作至关重要，只有做好生态边坡防护工作才能确保河道的安全和使用功能。本文结合笔者个人的工作经验，对城市河道整治中生态边坡的生态护坡设计原则、景观设计要素等进行探讨，然后对生态护坡相关技术要点与实施方案进行探讨，并提出注意事项，从而为今后更好的开展城市河道整治工作提供参考。

Wang, Weng and Xia[Math. Ann. 388 (2024), no. 2] studied a mean curvature type flow for the smooth, embedded capillary hypersurfaces with a constant contact angle $θ\in(0,π)$ and confirmed the existence of solutions by the standard PDE theory. In the present paper, we study a fractional mean curvature flow for $C^{1,1}$-regular hypersurfaces with a capillary-type boundary condition and obtain the short time existence by the fixed point argument.

We present here the detection of a planet orbiting around the F6V star HD 33564. The radial velocity measurements, obtained with the ELODIE echelle spectrograph at the Haute-Provence Observatory, show a variation with a period of 388 days. Assuming a primary mass of 1.25 Mo, the best Keplerian fit to the data leads to a minimum mass of 9.1 MJup for the companion.

近年来，中国配电网得到不断发展，其发展趋势主要是含有 35kV 变电站微机的分布式配电网，这一新型配电网系统和中国原有的传统配电网有很多差别。若新型微网配电开始实行，则会对中国整体配电网产生很明显的影响力。在这一配电改革过程中，无论是电网结构、故障类型还是电流稳定性都会面临新的问题。

We report results of a Dalitz plot analysis of the three-body charmless B0=>K0pi+pi- decay. The analysis is performed with a data sample that contains 388 million BBbar pairs collected near the Y(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy e+e- collider. Measurements of branching fractions for the quasi-two-body decays B0=>rho(770)0K0, B0=>f0(980)K0, B0=>K*(892)+pi-, B0=>K*(1430)+pi-, and upper limits on several other quasi-two-body decay modes are reported.
