We introduce a family of compatible Poisson brackets on the space of $2\times 2$ polynomial matrices, which contains the Sklyanin bracket, and use it to derive a multi-Hamiltonian structure for a set of integrable systems that includes $XXX$ Heisenberg magnet, the open and periodic Toda lattices, the discrete self-trapping model and the Goryachev-Chaplygin gyrostat.

The quantum deformation of the Poisson bracket is the Moyal bracket. We construct quantum deformation of the Dirac bracket for systems which admit global symplectic basis for constraint functions. Equivalently, it can be considered as an extension of the Moyal bracket to second-class constraints systems and to gauge-invariant systems which become second class when gauge-fixing conditions are imposed.

We give an explicit realization of quantum Nambu bracket via matrix of multi-index, which reduces in the continunm limit to the classical Nambu bracket.

We apply new techniques to Gerstenhaber brackets on the Hochschild cohomology of a skew group algebra formed from a polynomial ring and a finite group (in characteristic 0). We show that the Gerstenhaber brackets can always be expressed in terms of Schouten brackets. We obtain as consequences some conditions under which brackets are always 0, strengthening known results.
