advertorch is a toolbox for adversarial robustness research. It contains various implementations for attacks, defenses and robust training methods. advertorch is built on PyTorch (Paszke et al., 2017), and leverages the advantages of the dynamic computational graph to provide concise and efficient reference implementations. The code is licensed under the LGPL license and is open sourced at https://github.com/BorealisAI/advertorch .

HexagDLy is a Python-library extending the PyTorch deep learning framework with convolution and pooling operations on hexagonal grids. It aims to ease the access to convolutional neural networks for applications that rely on hexagonally sampled data as, for example, commonly found in ground-based astroparticle physics experiments.

We show that numerical computations based on tensor renormalization group (TRG) methods can be significantly accelerated with PyTorch on graphics processing units (GPUs) by leveraging NVIDIA's Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA). We find improvement in the runtime and its scaling with bond dimension for two-dimensional systems. Our results establish that the utilization of GPU resources is essential for future precision computations with TRG.
