Abstract The functioning of modern public administration must necessarily be related to the audit of its activities. The Polish legal system stands out because of the following criteria, which are made in the supervisory system, namely: the legality, economy, reliability and usefulness.

Abstract Text analyzes in detail legal situation dealing with the Czech government investiture vote. Constitutional foundations are tested against political practice, which is oft en quite different. The Results confirms the construction of investiture vote is less important that notorious weakness of the government majority in the Chamber of Deputies.

Summary On 1 July 2016 the new codes of civil procedure will come into effect with the aim to provide for more effective, simplified and more economically efficient civil procedure, including more efficient enforcement of law in Slovakia. This article explains some of the new legal concepts that may facilitate attainment of this goal.
