<p>HIIT是一种高强度低间歇的训练方式，它的训练特点是在最短时间内将训练强度提到最高，让你的心率达到储备心率的90%甚至更高。</p><p>它的训练时间相对一般的有氧而言非常短，对于想要减脂有没有充足时间的人非常友好。它能在短短20分钟内达到1小时高强度有效的训练效果，同时能最大限度燃烧脂肪保留肌肉。</p><p>HIIT有哪些好处？</p><p>1、过氧效应持续燃脂</p><p>其实hiit和普通的体能训练消耗的热量没有差异，但hiit高强度低间歇的训练模式会让身体进入过氧效应，在训练停止后持续燃烧身体的脂肪，帮助我们快速减脂。</p><p>2、促进肾上腺分泌</p><p>高强度的训练方式会促进肾上腺分泌，当人体的肾上腺分泌的越来越多时，身体消耗的脂肪也会越来越多，分解脂肪的速度大幅度加快。</p><p>3、维持肌肉含量</p><p>由于HIIT的训练时间相对有氧运动而言减少了一半，所以在训练过程中消耗的主要是身体内多余的糖分，不会分解蛋白质供能。这种供能模式的好处就在于你辛苦训练的肌肉不会因为有氧而流失，甚至还能促进代谢加快肌肉生长。</p><p>Hiit怎么做？</p><p>hiit一般分为四个等级：</p><p>新人级别：训练10秒休息10秒</p><p>入门级别：训练20秒休息10秒</p><p>中级阶段：训练30秒休息10秒</p><p>高级阶段：训练40秒休息10秒</p><p>HIIt的核心在于高强度而不是低间歇，在训练的过程中我们不仅要保证训练时长，更重要的保证训练强度，每一次都要全力以赴。</p><p>最后分享一套HIIT训练动作，祝大家早日减脂成功。</p><p>动作一</p>
