Constantly monitors given folder for changes, namely for new files. When a RAR (including multipart rar) file is saved in the folder (say by a torrent client) - the script extracts it, and keeps on monitoring. Useful for automatic torrent scene release multipart RAR extraction. Learning python, one of my first projects. As well as getting tired of manually extracting multipart RAR archives.
